Shadi Rohani

Shadi Rohani, B.Eng, MBA, is a Manager at EY, where they support major clients in transforming their businesses through a human-centric approach focused on operations and process optimization. They previously served as a Project Manager at SBQuantum, advising the CEO and COO on transitioning the organization to a product-based model. Shadi also contributed as a Board Member at Centre des femmes de Montréal, offering strategic insights for growth and governance. Their background includes leading engineering projects as a Research and Development Project Lead at Protech Group and assisting in research at the Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique. Shadi is currently pursuing an Engineer’s Degree in Polymer Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Materials and Energy Sciences.
