Shailaja Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, analytics, and business consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Data & AI at EY Malaysia, Shailaja has previously held senior roles in business consulting, focusing on analytics, digital, and product strategies. Shailaja's career includes managerial positions at Strides Pharma Inc. and Samsung India Electronics, along with a foundational role in product management and analytics at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited. Additionally, Shailaja is the founder of the IIM Community and has provided freelance consulting during maternity. Shailaja holds an MBA in Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, as well as a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Indira Gandhi Delhi Technological University.
