Shane McCarrick

Shane McCarrick is currently a Managing Director at EY in the International Tax and Transaction Services department. They previously served as Special Counsel and Assistant to the Branch Chief at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel (International) from 2014 to 2018, and as an Attorney and Senior Counsel at the IRS Chief Counsel (International) from 2011 to 2014. Shane began their career as a Legal Intern at the Department of Justice Tax Division in 2010. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Hood College and a Juris Doctor from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School.
