Shane Melrose is a well-rounded executive currently serving as the Managing Director at Ernst & Young. With a progressive career spanning public accounting, executive leadership in big four consulting, and private business ownership, Shane possesses extensive knowledge of Human Resource Management software, particularly specializing in SAP and SuccessFactors. Shane has successfully led numerous implementation projects, including significant roles at Dairy Farmers of America, Under Armour, and the Colorado Department of Transportation.
