Shaun Conrad possesses extensive experience in the healthcare industry, leveraging a career that began in technology and evolved into consulting. At EY from September 2010 to September 2017, Shaun served as Senior Manager in Consulting Services, specializing in process improvement, operations, compliance, data management, data governance, and digital and AI solutions for both payers and providers. Prior roles at EY included Manager and Senior Consultant in Health Advisory Services, focusing on similar areas. Prior to joining EY, Shaun was a Senior Systems Analyst at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, leading the Cerner Clinical Applications Implementation and support team and initiating the Cerner Clinical Data Warehousing and Data Management team. Shaun began the career at CareCentric as a Senior Systems Analyst and holds a BS/BA degree in Management Information Systems from Robert Morris University.
