Shefali Jethmalani

Shefali Jethmalani is a Senior Manager in the People Advisory Services practice at Ernst & Young LLP, bringing over a decade of experience in organizational development and change management. They have led large-scale finance transformations, established Shared Services centers, and implemented ERP systems for global organizations. Previously, Shefali held various roles, including Organizational Development Consultant and Training and Development Coordinator, and contributed to research at the Guelph Centre for Organizational Research. They earned a Master’s degree from New York University.
