Shradha Poddar

Shradha Poddar is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience, primarily focused on finance optimization, internal controls, and internal audit. Currently a Senior Manager at EY, they lead efforts related to US SOX and UK Corporate Reform. Shradha has extensive experience in SOX implementations and remediation of material weaknesses, working with SEC registrants and co-developing management attestation programs. Prior to their current role, Shradha held various positions at EY, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive in the Audit department, specializing in the Oil & Gas and Mining industries.
