Shreya Mathur, PhD, is a Senior Consultant at EY, leveraging over seven years of professional experience to drive strategic initiatives. Shreya is also the Founder and Productivity Coach at CoachingByShreya, where they focus on enhancing personal and organizational effectiveness. Previously, Shreya worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Catalyst Biosciences and in various business development roles at Salesforce and Mindtickle.
