Shruti Narang

Shruti Narang is a manager at EY, specializing in supplier and contract management, and CLM implementation. Previously, Shruti worked as a legal associate at SPN Legal, where they drafted and reviewed various commercial agreements and conducted compliance under labor laws. Shruti gained extensive legal experience through internships at multiple firms, focusing on corporate law, tax litigation, and regulatory compliance. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Faculty of Law, Delhi University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College.
