Shub Mathur

Shub Mathur is a COO and enterprise transformation leader specializing in strategy, operating models, and digital transformation in the banking and capital markets sectors. They began their career as the Corporate Cards Operations Lead at American Express from 2004 to 2007, and later worked as a Consultant at Accenture from 2007 to 2009. Shub served as an Engagement Director at IBM from 2011 to 2021 and currently holds the position of Market Facing Director at EY. They earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategy & Finance from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2010.
