Shuchi Gupta

Shuchi Gupta is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, tax, and regulatory advisory. Currently serving as a Partner at EY since November 2010, Shuchi has held various positions including Director, Associate Partner, and Senior Manager, focusing on acquisition advisory, business restructuring, corporate reorganization, due diligence, and implementation assistance. Prior to EY, Shuchi worked as a Senior Associate at BMR Advisors and started the career as an Associate at PwC India. Shuchi is a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has obtained professional qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
