Shutaro Tani

Shutaro Tani joined EY strategy and consulting in September 2023 as a Senior Manager, focusing on Customer Experience Transformation. Previously, they worked at IBM from August 2015 until 2023, where they served as a Senior Managing Consultant, driving various digital marketing and transformation initiatives. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2015, they were an Account Executive at Dentsu, managing accounts for a foreign food manufacturer and optimizing data-driven marketing strategies. Shutaro began their career at Nihon Unisys, Ltd. in 2003 and has also held a position as a Business Consultant at SPRODUCERS Inc. from 2006 to 2010. They earned a bachelor's degree in commerce from Waseda University between 1998 and 2003.
