With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Shyja has worked in diverse recruitment roles, including Talent Acquisition Lead at Nissan Digital India LLP and Associate Manager at QBurst. They hold an MBA in Marketing and HR from the University of Kerala and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from St. Xavier's College.
