Sian Summers is a people and transformation leader with nearly 20 years of experience in helping organizations achieve their strategic goals through effective workforce and operating model transformations. They have led large-scale change initiatives across multiple regions including the US, UK, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, focusing on aligning talent and structures to drive measurable business value. Sian has held significant roles as an International Trade & Investment Analyst at New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, a People Solutions Consultant at Bank of New Zealand, and a Senior Lead for Global Workforce Strategy & Change Programs at Thomson Reuters. Currently, Sian serves as a Partner in Consulting at EY, while actively pursuing education at Monash University.
