Sidney Ngo is a Senior Consultant in People Consulting at EY, specializing in digital workforce transformation. They possess extensive experience in various HR disciplines, including training and development, talent management, and payroll. Previously, Sidney completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Ryerson University's Ted Rogers School of Management, focusing on Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour, while also pursuing a minor in Law and Business. Sidney has held positions at notable organizations such as PepsiCo, RBC, Boston Consulting Group, and Canada’s Wonderland, where they honed their skills in HRIS, project management, and employee engagement. Currently, they are working towards obtaining a CHRP designation.
