Sierra Orsak

Sierra Orsak is a Senior AI & Data Consultant at EY, where they have been working since 2022. Previously, Sierra served as a Service Design Consultant at Tribe Innovation from 2020 to 2022 and held multiple fellowships, including management consultant roles at The Beacon Fellowship and Children's National Hospital during 2020-2021. Sierra also gained experience as an Operations Intern at Inspiring Capital in 2020 and as a Summer Consultant at KCIC in 2021. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Analytics from William & Mary in 2022, where they also acted as the Recruitment Chair for Students for University Advancement.
