Silke Mattern

Silke Mattern has extensive experience in tax leadership, having served as a Tax Partner at Ernst & Young Tanzania from 2012 to 2016 and later at EY from 2016 to 2018 as the Pan African Tax Desk Leader. Previously, they held various director roles at PwC in multiple regions, including Europe and Southern Africa, and worked as the Tax Director Europe at SOLUTIA INC. Silke began their career as a Tax Manager at PwC in Stuttgart and progressed through several senior positions, including Director of International Tax in Johannesburg. Their work across diverse markets reflects a strong expertise in international tax services.
