Silviu Dochia

Silviu Dochia is a Transfer Pricing Managing Director at EY, specializing in transfer pricing, project finance, public-private partnerships, and development economics. They previously served as a consultant at the World Bank from 2004 to 2007, where they contributed to the Private Participation in Infrastructure database. Prior to their current role at EY, Silviu worked as a manager at Jeffrey Parker & Associates from 2007 to 2010, advising public sector clients on transport infrastructure projects. Silviu earned a PhD in Economics from George Mason University after obtaining their MA there, and also holds a BS in Economics and Mathematics from Binghamton University.
