Simon Chow

Simon Chow is a Senior Consultant in Cyber Risk Advisory at EY since January 2019, specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy, assessments, and design solutions. Prior experience includes roles as a Digital Identity Security Consultant at Accenture, where Simon contributed to IAM strategy development for a Canadian Finance Government Organization, and a Senior IT Security Analyst at Scotiabank, supporting information systems and change management. Earlier work includes positions at JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and TD Bank, where Simon gained extensive experience in client onboarding, operations analysis, and banking compliance. Simon holds a Master of Criminology from the University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Toronto.
