Simon Olive

Simon Olive is currently a Partner and People Consulting Leader for Europe West at EY, where they focus on enhancing HR services and systems for clients. With over 30 years of experience, Simon has transformed HR functions into strategic partners, improved employee experiences, and designed user-centric digital HR solutions. Simon's previous roles include Managing Partner at Kivala-HR and Senior Manager at Accenture, as well as holding various positions in e-HR practices. Simon earned a B.Comm in Accounting from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and completed matric at Kearsney College.
