Simona Boitan

Simona (Tapoca) Boitan is the Director of People Consulting at EY, specializing in HR Transactions and Restructuring. With extensive experience in advising clients throughout the deal life-cycle, they provide services related to HR due diligence, post-merger integration, and organizational restructuring.
