Simone De Giovanni

Simone De Giovanni is a partner at EY specializing in International Tax & Transaction Services. With extensive experience in both Italy and the US, Simone has assisted multinationals, private equity funds, and financial institutions on a wide array of tax matters across various sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, and real estate. Previously, Simone served as a Tax Manager at Pirelli & C. Real Estate S.p.A., where responsibilities included supervising tax compliance and advisory services for real estate funds. Prior roles also include accounting and tax advisory at Studio Angelelli and various positions at EY, including Senior Manager and Head of the Italian tax desk in New York. Simone is currently pursuing degrees in Business and Administration as well as a Master's in Taxation.
