As co-founder and Managing Partner of Nuvalence, which was acquired by EY, Sinclair contributed to building intelligent software platforms for high-profile clients. Sinclair's experience also includes a significant tenure as CEO of Apprenda, where responsibilities encompassed corporate planning and execution in the cloud computing sector.
