Sodya Cohen

Sodya Cohen has a progressive career in law and tax management, beginning as an Articled Clerk at Shibolet & Co. from March 2016 to February 2017, focusing on Companies Law, Hi-Tech, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Following this, Sodya worked as an Associate at GLOBES DIRECT LIMITED from July 2017 to 2018, where responsibilities included drafting various agreements and managing formal communications with international authorities. Since October 2018, Sodya has served at EY, initially as a Tax Manager and later advancing to Senior Tax Manager, specializing in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for clients and researching international tax issues. Sodya holds both a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
