Soraia Steffens has extensive experience in tax analysis and management, having worked at Seara Alimentos S/A from January 2006 to June 2009 and Siemens LTDA from July 2009 to July 2012 as a Senior Tax Analyst. Since October 2018, Soraia has been associated with EY, progressing through various roles including Senior Tax Manager, Senior Tax Consultant, Associate Partner, and Tax Manager. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Tax Law from FGV, a Master's in International Tax Law and Development from IBDT, and a Law degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
