Stacey Baxter

Stacey Baxter is a highly motivated chartered accountant and Director of Transfer Pricing and Business Restructuring at EY, with over 15 years of experience in the field. Stacey has worked in London, Amsterdam, and Melbourne, focusing on improving the operating models of multinational companies, particularly during mergers and acquisitions. With specialized expertise in complex business restructures across Europe and Asia, Stacey has worked closely with EY’s Operating Model Effectiveness specialists and has unique in-house experience gained through extensive client secondments. Prior to joining EY in 2007, Stacey served as a Research Analyst at the Anti Cancer Council of Victoria, contributing to impactful public health research. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Diploma of Modern Languages (Japanese) from the University of Melbourne, along with qualifications from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
