Stave Silva is a Senior Manager in External Audit at EY, having progressed through various roles in the company, including Senior Auditor and Audit Manager. With a strong foundation in accounting, Stave earned a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, graduating with First Class Honours. Stave is also a member of the Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Currently, Stave is continuing professional development with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka.
