Stefan Schmitt

Stefan Schmitt is currently a Partner in People Advisory Services at EY, where they focus on building a better working world. Previously, they held roles such as Teamlead Talentmanagement and Solution Principal in the Global SAP Practice at Ciber from 2012 to 2015. They also served as Senior Consultant at both Promerit (2008 - 2011) and Stegmann & Brucker Unternehmensberatung GmbH (2001 - 2008). Additionally, Stefan led Cloud Delivery and Project Management on an international scale at KWP INSIDE HR from 2016 to 2017 and worked as a Modulbetreuer for SAP MM, SD at Technischer Handel Freudenberg KG (1997 - 1999) and SAP HR at Hansgrohe (1999 - 2001).
