Stephen Cohrs

Stephen Cohrs, CPA, is a Senior Director at EY-Parthenon since 2025. They have held positions at various firms including Ernst & Young, where they served as a Strategy and Transactions Manager from 2020 to 2022, and a Senior in Transaction Advisory Services. Earlier in their career, Stephen interned in finance and accounting at Halliburton in 2013, worked as a Tax Accountant at Transocean, and gained auditing experience at PwC from 2014 to 2018. Stephen holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Fitness Administration from Texas A&M University.
