With a background that includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and a Clinical Researcher at Queensway Carleton Hospital, Stephen has focused on innovation, digital transformation, and change management. They hold an MBA and a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality from Queen's University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Graduate Diploma in Business.
