Stephen Welch is a graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law, where they earned their Juris Doctor, and the University of Florida - Levin College of Law, where they completed a Master of Laws in Taxation. With a background in legal research and practice from various roles, including as a Student Attorney at the Phillip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and a Law Clerk at WelchCounsel, they currently work as a Senior Manager in the Transaction Tax Advisory Practice at EY Atlanta.
