Steve Hodgson

Steve Hodgson is a seasoned Interim Senior Programme and Operations Manager with a strong track record in leading transformational change programs across private and public sectors. They held several key roles, including Head of HR Services at Xchanging and Interim Director of Shared Services at the Metropolitan Police, where they focused on delivering significant business benefits and improving service operations. Currently, Hodgson serves as a Senior Consultant and Program Manager at EY, where they lead the implementation stages of the Government of Jamaica's Shared Corporate Services. Their educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Training Management from the University of West London and an HND in Aerospace Studies from the Royal Air Force College.
