Steve Kolmin

Steve Kolmin is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience at EY since September 2008, currently serving as Partner/Principal after a prior role as Senior Manager - Tax Consultant. Specializing in global compliance, international tax planning, and M&A-related tax functions, Steve has also been involved in US Tax Reform, transaction tax advisory, and detailed audit defense. Prior to EY, Steve gained experience as an intern at various organizations, including the Michigan Law Revision Commission and Blue Vista Capital Management. Educational credentials include a BS in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Michigan State University College of Law, complemented by studies at Universidad Panamericana.
