Steven Saxe

Steven Saxe is a seasoned Learning and Instructional Design professional currently working as a Change Management, Communications, and Training Manager at EY since 2022. Previously, they held key roles at Johnson & Johnson, including North America Change Management, Communication, and Training Lead, where they managed large-scale training initiatives during the Workday ERP implementation. With a solid foundation in training project management established at Merck and Roche Labs, Saxe has developed and delivered training materials for various high-stakes environments. They earned a Master's degree in Interactive Technology/Instructional Design with honors from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Vermont.
