Stuart Gregory is the Deputy Regional Managing Partner at EY UK & Ireland, specializing in large international private equity and corporate transactions. With over 20 years of experience, they have advised clients on various aspects of transactions, including pre-acquisition due diligence and sell-side disposals, across sectors like consumer retail and industrial products. Stuart previously held positions at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where they developed their expertise in private equity. They earned a B.Comm in Economics Honours from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and attended Harvard Business School.
