Styves Imboula is a detailed and inquisitive professional currently serving as a Manager in Technology Consulting at EY. With over nine years of experience in IT service management, Styves has specialized in defining and deploying ITIL methodologies, as well as producing KPIs and metrics to ensure successful implementation.
