Sudeshna Dash is an experienced talent development and learning professional with approximately 20 years in the learning industry, having worked with global corporate clients across various geographies and domains. Sudeshna specializes in training design and development, as well as mentoring team members. Currently serving as an Assistant Director at EY, Sudeshna is also a certified Positive Psychology Coach and an active advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, Sudeshna founded Follow Your Own Sun, a platform dedicated to transformational coaching. Sudeshna holds two master's degrees, one in French Language and Literature and another in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and continues to pursue further education in Educational/Instructional Media Design.
