Sue Flis, CPA, is an Executive Director at EY, specializing in Global Assurance Standards, Methodology, and Implementation since January 1991. Previously, Sue contributed to the Assurance practice, providing services to various public and private clients across multiple industries. Additionally, Sue has been involved with IFAC since October 2011 as a member of the International Panel on Accounting Education, which is the precursor to the International Accounting Education Standards Board. From 2012 to 2018, Sue served as a Technical Advisor to the Board Member and acted as secretary for multiple taskforces, including the International Education Standards Framework Taskforce and the professional skepticism Taskforce. Sue earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Kent State University between 1986 and 1990.
