Suhida Dermani

Suhida Dermani is a Senior Consultant at EY, specializing in European public policy, career development, and institutional transformation. With expertise in organizational consulting, Suhida collaborates with universities, NGOs, and public institutions to enhance professional growth and drive innovation. Previously, Suhida worked as a Career Advisor and Trainer, developing HR strategies and facilitating training programs. Suhida holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master’s in Career Development Psychology from Universiteti i Tiranës and a Master of Science in Development and International Cooperation Sciences from Sapienza Università di Roma. Currently, Suhida is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the European University of Tirana.
