Sumeet Kedia served as the Gulf Tax Lead and Head of Tax for the Middle East and North Africa Region at the British Council from 2018 to 2022, specializing in direct and indirect tax advisory, implementation, and compliance. From 2013 to 2018, Sumeet worked at EY as a Senior Consultant and also held the role of Senior Consultant for VAT. Currently, Sumeet is an Assistant Director in Statutory and Tax Reporting at EY since 2024. Sumeet holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from Hansraj College, Delhi University, and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the program at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2016.
