Sunil Karunakaran

Sunil Karunakaran has extensive experience in finance and auditing, having held various management positions at leading firms. Sunil served as Finance Manager at Caterpillar Inc. from 2013 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team of ten professionals and supporting monthly US GAAP book closing processes. Prior to that, Sunil was a Manager at Ernst & Young from 2010 to 2013, overseeing external audit engagements and mentoring team members. Earlier roles included an Audit Executive and Assistant Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where Sunil executed audit activities and facilitated client communication. Sunil rejoined EY as Manager of Financial Accounting & Advisory Services in 2014 and currently holds the position of Chief of Staff - UKI Assurance.
