Susan Komansky

Susan Komansky is currently the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Ernst & Young LLP, a position held since 2004. Susan previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at The Donna Karan Company LLC from 1999 to 2004. Before that, Susan worked as an Associate at Kronish Lieb Weiner & Hellman LLP and Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, with experience at the Metropolitan Transportation Authority as Associate Counsel from 1990 to 1995. Susan earned a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. in English from Princeton University.
