Susan Marshall

Susan Marshall is a seasoned inclusiveness leader at EY, specializing in conflict resolution and training and development. With extensive experience in human resources, they held various roles at EY from 2022 to 2024, including Director of US Inclusiveness and Americas Consulting DEI Leader. Prior to this, Susan served as an HR Recruitment Specialist at Permanent General and as an HR Generalist at HCA. Susan also garnered experience at Vanderbilt University in the Human Resources department from 2007 to 2012, and they began their career as an HR Inroads Intern at Ingram Industries. They earned a BBA in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Middle Tennessee State University.
