Sushant Kumar

Sushant Kumar currently serves as Assistant Director at EY, beginning in November 2025, where responsibilities include designing the Internship Immersion Program and creating innovative professional development programs through the COE Lab. Prior to EY, Sushant was Talent Acquisition Manager at Brillio, focusing on early career program management, employer branding, diversity and inclusion hiring, and TA strategy from January 2024 to November 2025. Sushant also held the position of Manager - Early Career - APAC at Tata Technologies, managing early career hiring and university relations from July 2021 to January 2024. Earlier experience includes roles at WNS, Mindteck, HCLTech, and Siemens, with a progressive focus on talent acquisition and campus recruitment. Sushant holds a postgraduate degree in Business Analytics and Decision Science from T A Pai Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
