Suwin Lee

Suwin Lee has been a Partner at EY since February 2001, focusing on Transactions Tax with a specialization in Restructuring, managing the EMEIA restructuring tax network and advising various clients, including UK Clearing Banks and distressed funds. Prior to this role, Suwin held positions as Director and Senior Manager within EY's Transactions Tax, providing strategic tax advice during insolvency processes and enhancing business viability. Earlier career experiences include Tax Advisor at Rio Tinto, where Suwin managed tax compliance for the aluminum sector, and Tax Consultant at PwC, specializing in the mining and metals industry. Suwin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Law from The University of Queensland, obtained in 1995.
