Suzy Toop

Suzy Toop (née Rilley) is a seasoned finance professional who currently serves as the Commercial Finance Lead for Ernst & Young’s UK&I Strategy & Transactions practice. They have extensive experience in Corporate Finance, having worked in Transaction Support, Restructuring, and Economic Advisory while qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with all first-time passes. Prior to their role at EY, Suzy held positions at EY-Parthenon and Deloitte, where they focused on enhancing strategic decision-making for corporate and private equity clients, particularly in the Healthcare and Consumer Business sectors. They began their career as an Analyst at EY and have a Chartered Accountancy degree from ICAS. Suzy also attended Colchester County High School for Girls.
