Tania Leong

Tania Leong is an Associate Director at EY, leading the Government and Public Sector Actuarial consulting team in Melbourne. With over 20 years of actuarial and consulting experience, Tania specializes in strategy development, complex modeling, and data analysis. Previously, Tania served as a Senior Manager in the RMIT Strategy Office, conducting strategic engagements in the higher education sector. Tania has held various roles at Strategic Project Partners and Aviva, beginning their career as an Actuarial Analyst. Currently, Tania pursues an MBA at Melbourne Business School and Cornell University, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce in Actuarial Studies from the University of Melbourne.
