Tanner Laret

Tanner Laret is a Tax Technology and Transformation Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP, specializing in streamlining tax processes. Prior to this role, Tanner worked at BYU-Idaho as a Human Resources Specialist, where they audited payroll for over 2,000 employees and developed an efficient relocation process using Microsoft Excel VBA. Tanner began their professional journey as an Office Assistant in the Human Resources Department at BYU-Idaho.
