Tanya Murphy

Tanya Murphy is an accomplished change management and project management professional with over 20 years of experience in global Human Resources strategy and transformation. They have led large-scale transformation programs across 150+ countries, influencing senior stakeholders and implementing change management strategies that facilitate the adoption of new organizational structures and technologies. Currently serving as an Associate Director at EY, Tanya manages project initiatives for the global HR delivery of the SuccessFactors suite, ensuring stakeholder engagement and overseeing diverse teams. They previously held managerial roles at Deloitte Consulting and BearingPoint, where they directed HR and change management efforts for large-scale projects affecting hundreds of thousands of stakeholders.
