Tasso Lake

Tasso Lake currently serves as a People Advisory Services Senior Consultant at Ernst and Young, LLP, focusing on complex challenges faced by Federal clients in the areas of change management, communications, and training. Previously, Tasso worked as an Independent Consultant, addressing employee behavior issues, and served as a Human Resources Partner Intern at Labcorp Drug Development, where they developed survey plans and supported HR initiatives. Tasso holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University.
